Casa Oliva – Modern Mediterranean Retreat

Inspired by modern Mediterranean architecture, this landscape project transforms the outdoor space into a serene yet sophisticated living environment.

The design is defined by soft curves and architectural forms, highlighted by a feature arch that creates a strong visual statement and frames the space beautifully. A custom arc bench enhances the fluid geometry of the design while providing functional seating.

At the center lies a refined swimming pool, carefully positioned to connect seamlessly with the surrounding lounge areas. The shaded pergola with integrated BBQ & bar forms the social heart of the project, designed for comfortable gatherings and outdoor entertainment.

A signature olive tree anchors the landscape, adding Mediterranean character and natural elegance to the composition.

The result is a harmonious blend of architecture, water, greenery, and lifestyle — delivering a calm, warm, and timeless modern Mediterranean atmosphere.
